Hi Guys I have got Passport request today

I have few questions before i submit my passport to CPC-Ottawa. Can someone please help me out. I am too worried

1. In this letter it's written "Your passport(s) must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least two blank pages. If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child."
My passport has many blank pages but none of them are next to each other. Do i need new passport before i send passport to CPC-Ottawa or blank pages doesn't have to be next to each other?


2. As soon as I get my PR Visa I plan to enter USA and come back same day to have landed immigrant status. I also have plan to travel to Pakistan from April 22, 2016 to May 10, 2016 to meet my family. Will i be able to travel to Pakistan once i am a landed immigrant here as I will not have PR card by then because it takes time. Or do you suggest that instead of going to USA I should go to Pakistan and come back as landed immigrant.

3. If you think that I should not travel to USA and just travel to Pakistan and then come back to Canada as a landed immigrant. Is there any specific time limit within which I need to be back to Canada from Pakistan.

You will need to apply for PRTD at an embassy before you come back to Canada. PR have total right to leave Canada without PR Card and is protected by Charter of Right and Freedom

Guys you will never believe what happened.
If you remember, my wp will expire for 3 weeks. Still no DM or PPR and I will apply for extension of wp.
Few of my coworkers do all paperworks with one immigration consultant and my employer hire same consultant to do for him everything about paying Employer complinace fee and registering him on Employer portal because my boss in not familiar with this online stuff and have not much time.
So, this consultant ask me to pay 2500CAD + tax + wp fees for my family. That's a lot more what I can pay and I decide to do all this by myself.
But ... now this consultant dont want to give me ID number (regarding complinace fee) and ask me to come to his office.
My boss pay to him 2 weeks ago for his service and for Compliance fee.
I was really surprise and dont know what I need to do.
As I know my boss need to give me this ID number but boss is busy and tell me that I need to talk with this consultant.

Adding spouse during application process may (or may not) delay your application. It does not matter when you add the spouse (before MR or after MR). So its up to your wish when you want to add.
For some applicants it did not delay and for some it did. So you can think and decide if you want to add before PPR.

Inland we are looking at MR granted to June applicants

One more note is if you get married after you landed as PR, you can't add your spouses to the application anymore. You need to apply her as family class, which as of now takes 3-5 years. Although the government promised to prioritize them over economic class.

Its better to get married before MR if you want your spouse to accompany you within 6-8 months.

Tell your boss that he is sucking up his money. There is no need to keep an consultant. People like this want to take advantage of others difficult situations. A friend of mine paid a lawyer $5K in order to help him in his application. He didn't help and didn't even return the money. He filed a complaint against the lawyer with ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) and got his money back. We dont know why but here is the real updates how it happen:
Many get DM on all days (from Monday through Saturday and also in Sundays from other visa offices due to their Monday day time). So its just not Tuesdays in reality (its not like how the website says).

Its good that they dont wait till Tuesday.

I try to explain to boss what is going on but he just told me ... I do what I need to do.
