Ottawa is the VO but what exactly is the file location within the visa office? In my case the file went to cpc-o program integrity after visa officer review and i believe this is reason of my delayed application.

I ordered GSMC twice once in September 2015 and another december 2015. In both notes last file location is blank. I emailed CPC-Ottawa and they told me file got transferred from NS to Ottawa.

Call CIC - your case is considerably over time. Call them or email them - and tell them your about your case.

I am calling them ones in every month. They give me same answer. Nothing is required from your side, Security is pending which is done by 3rd party and that is out of scope of CIC. I called MP and they also gave me same answer. I don't know what else to do. I feel helpless. My work permit also expiring September 2016.

GCIM notes say the same thing? You can apply for a work permit extension, just to avoid any issues.... Other than that I don't know what else you can do....

Yes, I ordered GSMC notes and it says the same thing. Everything is passed but SEcurity.

And yes I just applied for Bridging Open Work permit yesterday, as I have AOR.

It means exactly what they have written in there. nothing more nothing less. give them a call, try to order GCMS notes, go to your local MP office.
