It is hard procedure
I called Iraqi embassy they told me that i have to contact a lawyer in Iraq, who has to apply instead of me to their ministry of foreign affairs, then have to go to Ottawa for fingerprints and then get it, i sent a tons of e-mails to low firms in Iraq, no answer
I attached all printed all my correspondence to a cover letter and sent it to CIC

finally got hold of 4th agent and she said that i got approved, but she cant do anything right now, my file still in Sydney, told me to call after December 18,

That is good enough, now relax and wait for PPR.....don't expect in a day or two....wait for 10 days

I just want to know : the agent told you a specific date only 18 Dec-2015 nothing else . why:

Dec 18 is exactly 15 month since my app reached CIO
they did not tell much
