I am an OPNP applicant. I applied mid August. no AOR yet. I am worried. How do you know OPNP has a different timeline?

Ive gotten my AOR 2 hour ago.The package arrived at Sydney office on Sept 22 under MPNP.I live in Manitoba.
Wish I am lucky enough to get my immigration done and god bless everybody can get PR

I just called MP of my area. I got information of my file. It reached on 18th September, but from my tracking number I saw that it was delivered on 19th Sept. Anyways, they are very friendly and answered all of my questions. She was shocked too when I said I didn't even get my file number. When she called CIC, they told her that my file is received and processing time for this category is 17 months. So basically, it is eating dust and waiting to be processed. They didn't even verify if everything is ok in my file, as they said they haven't open my file yet. I also mentioned that applicant from other province, applied after me also getting AOR and atleast their DD and CC are cashed. She was also not happy hearing this. She promised to keep me updated with my application. Last thing she mentioned that I am glad you called us, not all of new comers know about this service.

No MR , only AOR this time. Almost 5month
