One applicant, from other forum, sent his application to CIO on 07/11/2014 and got his federal application Nr. (AOR) - ATTENTION - on 19 December 2014. Only 43 days!

I got a email from CIC - NS that some documents are not complete and they are sending back my application. Does anyone know, what me my wait time again and is this a common process. I thought they will ask me whatever is pending and I can send to them later.

Also, it looks like no file number is generated.

First of all - sorry to read that, but at least they have informed you about your application.
Did they say what exactly missing from your package?
And did you get that e-mail today?

Also, you get in line all over again when you resumbit. Same thing happened to me. I sent my initial application August 28th, got my package back from CIC October 6th because they said I was missing my birth certificate (which happened to be in the application!). The letter they sent with the application was dated Sept 28th. I had to resend the package back with a letter than my birth certificate is in the original application. File reached CIC on October 16th - still waiting for AOR BUT at least i did not get my package back in the mail after 6 months which is a positive

I applied on Sep 13 under PNP Ontario Program, wondering what will happen to my PNP. As the PNP document said that I have to apply before November 25, 2014.

And they didn't mention, what is missing in my application.

You need to write to PNP Ontario and explain them this situation. I think they will extend your nomination.

From India and had got the file number.

However still the status of the application is received.
I think now its vacation time.
