from last week i saw only two applicant got aor and they applied from outside canada.
hope who all waiting aor from last two weeks will get it by end of this week.

Seemed only Outland applicants got AOR, no luck for inland...

For real, I hope most of us will get AOR either this week or next, so at least I know when I can expect mine since most of your applications reached CIC before mine Best of luck to all!

Also, don't forget that not everyone who got AOR posts on this forum, so we all need to be patient

I have filled my application on Sep 15 and received the Canada Post confirmation on Sep 18. Based on your experiences, when should I expect my file number. Secondly, if I don't get my file number by December 31st, what options I have?

You have the same timeline as me! The last we heard was Applicants applied from outside of Canada got their AOR on December 5 and theirs was received by CIC on September 12. Hopefully it will be moving along quicker now.

If you haven't receive AOR by the end of December of early January then you can be patient and wait or consider EE.

Payment was en-cashed NOVEMBER 12 2014,
I submitted my CIC app SEPTEMBER 12 2014,

Thank you GOD!

I just have a bit of a Problem, They send me the letter with a MISSPELLED SURNAME can anyone share your opinion or advice regarding this matter. thank you!

congrats bud, n thts not a big issue its just a clerical mistake, just call customer care they will tell you about that.
and if im not wrong you are a outland applicant???
