Hamid, I understand your anxiety. This is only an opinion as you know quite well that nobody (at least i think) here works for CIC. My opinion is that it is not time for you to get worried. Here's why.....you can well move straight to DM and skip IP. Doesn't happen often but happens. Especially if you're application is not complicated or lengthened by certain events (like adding a spouse etc). If you've had several visa refusals to Canada (or your spouse) sometimes they do checks on wh. Generally though , in the absence of complications, you should not worry. I will only worry after people in your timeline (sept 26th) start getting DM and you're still rooted to same spot
