Are you guys refering to bowp based on employee restricted pnp certificate?

cic clearly mentions that

Foreign nationals in the Provincial Nominee Program are eligible if they have provided a copy of the nomination letter issued by the nominating province or territory with their application and there is no indication that employment restrictions exist as conditions of the nomination.

This new update i think happened in end of december and hence the confusion among agents

can you give us a link to look at page. Because the call center agents dint say anything about this. The only thing that he was talking about is the to apply for a work permit that LMIA-exempt .

well in your case. You don't have to worry, since you have the AOR number you can apply for BOPW. We where talking about an option for people who dont have an AOR number.

There are only 2 streams in opnp:
Masters stream. No job offer required. Hence obviously no restriction
International students job offer stream. My understanding is that it is obviously restricted because it is tied to a job offer.

Nothing explicitly mentioned in the certificate.

have you tried getting a GCMS note...I guess that might give some idea on whats making that delay.

I know someone had shared a link to apply for GCMS notes, can you share it as-well? I don't have the File Number, so I am not sure how to apply for GCMS notes w/o a file number.

Moreover, is it gonna delay any processing of my file too?

It is not going to delay the application process and you do not need to have file number for GCMS application, however, you need to have UCI number. If you are in Canada, then you should have UCI number. I applied GCMS last month (before I received the file number) using my UCI number and I got my GCMS note this week. In my case, GCMS did not have any information about the QA things. It says that Eligibility- Not Started, Security-Not started, Criminality- In Progress and Medical- Sent.

I know someone had shared a link to apply for GCMS notes, can you share it as-well? I don't have the File Number, so I am not sure how to apply for GCMS notes w/o a file number.

mariage certificate is good enoufgh to prove ur relation.cic doesnot ask anything else then marriage certificate.

marriage certi is ok but if posssible write one letter
which describe from how u meet to marry. one of my frnd
put his wife file by lawyer n the lawyer asked him this.
despite this get some more reviews from forum.so u will
get better idea.
