Hi everybody,

I'm a May applicant with AINP. I sent an email to CIO Sydney NS last November cause my address at ECAS was not updated, for a change of phone number and questioms about the second payment. They replied today saying they transferred my file to Case Processing Centre in Otawa and are unable to comment on it. Is this something done regurarily? I mean, is maybe something wrong with my application? I don't understand... Did this happen to anybody else? I'm so worry. I'm thinking enquire about GCMS.

Thanks

I submitted my application in July, received QA call in November but still waiting for the AOR.
Now my wife is pregnant ;D . The doctor advised us not to go for X-Ray because it is dangerous for baby.
I may receive the AOR within a couple of weeks or a month. What should I do.

You will get a list of CIC approved doctors to do your wife's medical test. When that happens just let the doc who you pick know about the pregnancy. I'm sure they won't let her do it and probably put in a note on her medical file about her pregnancy.

But more importantly......

Congrats bro ! :D (virtual pat on the back) congrats to both of you :)

Happened to me too in sept when I email Sydney. Just email Ottawa with the same questions and they will get back to you. That's what I did....... They took about a month to respond but they eventually did.
Here's their email address : cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca

I am not so sure. Back in september, I emailed sydney about status(I am a may applicant with no AOR). About a month later, someone in sydney forwarded the email to CPC ottawa and they replied saying they have my received my file and I will get AOR in due time.
At start of january I emailed CPC ottawa and CIO sydney again about status since I didnt have AOR. Ottawa replied same day saying they do not have my file, I should instead contact Sydney.
Sydney hasnt replied yet(23 days and counting).

Very frustrating to say the least. CIC call center doesnt have any info as usual. Ontario PNP office doesnt know anything. Everyone is pointing at someone else. Canadian Immigration seems to be very disorganized.
