Hey guys! I made a huge boo boo. Under processing office I put Sydney CIO instead of Ottawa, Canada for my PNP PR application. You guys think it will be returned? So worried. I applied in July 1 and have not heard anything since.

It was only lately that we found out our package was sent back by CIC sydney as it was deemed incomplete(no idea why it was inc), It was sent back in May 16 but until now we haven't received it, we actually thought that it was already under process. Our local post office have no record of it being received.

Any suggestion on how to proceed as our MPNP nomination is in the lost package and it has already expired in August? :'( I'm trying to email both parties, MPNP and CIC but as u know it takes long before they could get bck. Any advise guys?

Unfortunately, we r still stuck
CIC is taking too long for Ontario applicants and clearing files of all other provinces with similar type cases. this sucks.

Hi,

You should request MPNP to issue you a new certificate or extend the validity of the current one.

Since CIC returned your package last time you need to figure out the exact cause as to why your application was returned in the first place. With 2 months left before the new Express Entry starts in 2015, it may be your last chance to apply for immigration under the present system.

Medical done in July 21, 2014. Medical received showing from August 20 online status on cic website.. What will be next step by cic, Still same thing showing till August.

Do you have any idea, how much time it will take more.

(After the medical done , average time for ppr fee & police report is 4-5 months ,probably you will hear something by december .only thing to do is wait

They receive it august. Still waiting for the rprf request

if u have a pnp approval alreay then im pretty sure you can apply for BOWP.

Hi astasi, God is good! we we're given a nomination extension til end of January. Will be completing the app all over again, just have no idea what we missed out on the first attempt.

just a question everyone, when completing the document checklist, do we still need to include the forms which are not applicable to us like schedule 4A coz the first time, we did not include it as well as form 8 (use of representative) as these are not applicable to us, perhaps the reason why it was returned. Also, our bank draft was lost as well so the next time, will try the online payment. Thanks for all the help!!
