Hi Ferrari,ferrari said:Hi,
Can someone plz help. My ielts result has expired now but i have already received my loa from mpnp. Do i have to take another ielts test to submit with my application to cic?? I am noc b category and the website does not specify anything about noc b for ielts. Any experiences or information plzzzz...
Correct, NOC 0, A & B don't submmit IELTS score. At least I didn't have to. I applied trough AINP employer-driven stream.kaladhar said:Hi Ferrari,
As far as I know and from what I've read from other forums, usually for NOC skill levels 0, A and B you don't need to submit your IELTS scores but I might be missing something. If I were you, I would call CIC call centre and inquire just to be safe and sure. They might be in a good position to give you the right information on how to proceed from here.
On the other hand, if you had a good IELTS score, include them (yes, even if they are expired) and also include a "Letter of Explanation" in your application package to support your case and mention that you fall under NOC level B. If the Call centre reps say that you are indeed not required to submit IELTS scores for NOC level B, then make sure to ask them if something like that is mentioned anywhere on CIC official website. Request them to send you that link to your email id. Now, it would be a smart move to include that link in your Letter of Explanation just to be on the safer side.
Hope everything works out for you.. Good luck!!

What's the exact wording in the email? Do they use the phrase "separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form"? I believe some users were getting that wording rather than "updated". If that's the case, I would complete a new form in its entirety up to the present date.Lawliet918 said:hi! i recently received an email from CIC asking for an updated schedule A of my wife to complete the gap for her personal history from may 2008 to october 2008.
when we sent the application last year, she wasn't here yet in canada. now, she's already here working as temporary foreign worker.
do i need to include the fact that she's already here since june 2015 in her updated schedule A?
i'd appreciate any advice you can give me.
thanks!
"A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please complete the gaps in the Personal History from May 2008 to October 2008. This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/27."Quink said:What's the exact wording in the email? Do they use the phrase "separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form"? Follow up with the doctor. If they said they submitted, then the problem is somewhere between them and CIC. Maybe ask them to submit the results again for you, and make sure that the details are correct so CIC attaches them to your file.Balu42 said:Hi All,
I am Dec 8th applicant PNP Nominee.
I have completed the medical examination for my son in May 2015, but they are not received or updated in ECAS Till now.
Now CIC is requesting for his medical examination results, can we do a medical examination again or do we need follow up with the medical doctor.
Doctor said he already submitted the medicals online.
Could someone please reply/advise me, confused on what should be done, if I can do the medicals again.
The main difference between selecting the ATIA and the Privacy act is that for ATIA you will have to pay $5 and its FREE when you select Privacy act.. Apart from that you get the same kind of information in your GCMS notes! Hope that clarifies thingsmelanie111 said:hey guys, I am asking for your help again...
I just ordered my GCMS notes online, and I am currently live in Canada.
when I ordered it, I select "Access to Information Act'' and I paid $5 for it. but I heard people saying that
I should order it under "Privacy Act"!
can you please tell me if I did it right or wrong plz.
Thank you so much!!
Thank you for the reply! Someone told me about the $5 fee, that's why I picked that one. Do you know if I got Gcms notes will delay an application or it won't affect the processing?kaladhar said:The main difference between selecting the ATIA and the Privacy act is that for ATIA you will have to pay $5 and its FREE when you select Privacy act..
