I just spoke with cic agent on phone!! She said Novascotia intake office has tried to charge my c/c few times. Bur it was declined due to i had 500$ limit only.

How to email to sydney, NS intake office???

Oh my God, they sent auto reply that it will take 35 business days to reply my email.
What if they will read it after they gave up on charging my credit card? Or do they keep trying to charge ??

yes, they will return your application package after 3 times charge fail.

it is a fundamental rule for CIC.

I mean i know they send by regular mail but how soon they send it away?

For anyone that already has their AOR who noticed when their credit card was charged - how long was the gap between payment being taken and the AOR being issued?

My PR application was received in Sydney NS on 11th December. Still waiting for AOR. Paid online and sent receipt, so I don't get to see when charges have been taken...

I applied from Montreal on 10th December and it was received there on 16th December. I haven't heard anything yet and no AOR. I called my bank yesterday and they told me they dont see any outstanding on the ban draft so it means it was cashed but they couldn't tell me when it was cashed. Still waiting, let's see when I heard from them or something.

Just simply call cic and require to see if there were any attemps to charge your c/c.
