In fact, you don’t need/have to submit it at all. It is not required. Some applicants get it as ADR but I would say it’s pretty rare.

To be honest, loosing hope already. What I’ve noticed that either you get DM right after PAL (usually next day or within couple of days) or it can take really long time.
