In addition to documents and some info about travels they are asking about phone numbers for me and my spouse. I’m wondering why?

Yes, 7 applicants who are paper based PNP and transferred to Etobicoke. The reason is eligibility in GCMS note but the agent in call center said it is workload at Sydney. As far as I understand, it is random sampling to send some applications to local office.

What exactly do you mean Eligibility in GCMS notes? What is written in GCMS for you?
In my notes it was transferred due to workload.
