PNP: Paper-based economic class applications went digital

I applied on March 11, missed it by a few days. I am sure digital applications would be faster as it would not have to take an effort to key in all the paper information into the system by a officer. I wonder why it was not done earlier. Rest only time could tell.. step in the right direction of getting rid of paper application in digital age specially given the corona situation. Pity that I had to put in an paper application could have waited for a few days .

Hi.. I called and asked IRCC call Center agent and they told me that we can’t put two applications in the same category. So that answer is NO but I have not seen anybody having an AOR from online applications, I wonder what’s happening.

I think you should wait for AOR because u applied in march and you may receive AOR in Aug-Sep. hope its help

Submitted June 9th, still no updates since then. However, one guy got application returned as incomplete, because he didn’t signed “schedule 4” by hand. So, the online applications are being reviewed

'might' not be... we hope the digital process somehow speeds-up the process - I guess that was the reason for setting-up the process. Let's be hopeful.

Is it required to sign manually in an online application?That is strange.Because if you sumbit online you sign all your forms electronically rather than manually

Same here actually, if I may ask, what is now the need to sign the declaration form electronically declaring all the information provided are correct . Please I need to know if we need sign forms manually. I believe I am not only the one in this shoe
