PNP: Paper-based economic class applications went digital

I submitted my file on April 17, status is showing submitted. But, in submission date is still blank. Is this thing happened to anyone else or this is normal.

This happens when you check it with your mobile phone. Check with your pc/laptop and the submission date will be where it is supposed to be.

Hi all,
I have confirmation of endorsement under the AIP program, but it has mentioned the sentence " You must apply to IRCC using a paper application form.
My question:
Could I apply online? will IRCC will reject me If I apply online instead of the paper application form?
or Do I have any confirmation from IRCC to allow my application to go online before I submit it online?
