It did not ask for me to upload it anywhere in PR document upload section ? But do we have to upload it somewhere ?

No idea with actual reason. Tried multiple sources but speculation is from this month onwards you should see the change.

Its 31st August. I have seen on other threads Some candidates has received it. Don't know about its significance though.

in my case I didn't, cos I didn't receive my certificate by the time of submitting eAPR , tho , I signed and scanned the schedule4 upfront with the LOE.
hope they don't ADR me

You can add it as a part of your Letter of Explanation(LoE)..

AOR-Aug 12
Sep 14- recieved an email stating that the status on my application had changed.
When i logged into CIC it showed Medicals as passed and Background as Not available.

Since then there has been no change. I never saw my background go to in progress. per the trends after medicals IP1 occurs immediately, and soon after moves to Not available.

Why has my case not moved to IP1? or is it already in NA1 and i missed the IP1 change?

September 3rd AOR as well received it. so its believed to be common.

You seem to have missed ip1 status. All Aug AOR are stuck at na2

Don't know what's going on at NDVO. I will just wait patiently until i hit 181 Day mark.
