For everyone who’s curious about today’s rejection. I have some clarification on this case. Ontario first issued nomination to Rahul back in December but due to PCC issue he got rejected. Later in April Rahul asked for a transfer of nomination which Ontario did. Rahul misunderstood the transfer with reissue and he thought he has new time from April-Sept so when he submitted his application he assumed he was within timeline whereas the Nomination validity was (Dec-May) and he submitted his application on July 8. He will be calling Ontario to see if they can extend his nomination. We wish him good luck!

This makes more sense. If not 90% of PNP would be rejected
Exactly this was the analysis.

Don't forget we upload the nomination certificate. If it was expired then it is expired. They don't care what ur deal with oinp is. I "think" If you ask for an extension from oinp they "would" send you another certificate.

Exactly the issue here, his extension was only till May, and he applied in July at that point in time his nom was already expired. He said earlier app was rejected in December due to Pcc, so in all his second app went almost after six months and that's a huge gap. Mayb coz his pcc didn't come on time, but even though he received transfer of nom in April he took 3 mnths more to apply.
Don't know how he will resolve this. He will probably hv to recreate profile and apply if Ontario is ready to extend but again he will hv to mk sure all his other doc's are current n valid

Hope you are applying for the first time and there was no rejection before. In all hands the Application rejected was second time for the same Applicant. First was of his PCC as reason and second was his Nomination certificate which was points were transferred to new EE profile. The applicant belived the Nomination was renewed but it wasn't and so was the rejection. Also for your query,
If you are submitting your application before the expiry of your Nomination certificate, it will be locked or known as freezed except your Medical.
Thank you bro!

I guess you know the real reason of why Rahul got this rejection letter. We came up with analysis and observed the real reason of rejection.
I did not know when I wrote this post. Thank god, I dont have the issue he has had. Sorry for him. I hope he will reapply and get his PPR faster !

I’m PNP-NS. I applied for NSNP in the last quarter of 2015 (around October or November) then received their acknowledgement of application by e-mail in June 2016. Around October 2016, an immigration officer from NS has contacted me re my application for provincial nomination for updates. I was granted with NSNP in early January 2017.

At the time of my application submission (paper), Nova Scotia PNP in Demand stream is still new so they both accommodate paper and electronic applications. I’m not sure if they’re currently only accommodating electronic applications now since they’ve re-opened the stream again for possible applicants.

I guess it’s around one in a half years for NSNP processing in my case. Have you already submitted your application? The last time I checked, they need 230-250 applicants for this year.
Yes I have applied through their website, everything web based now. Yesterday they have provided me application ID. Now waiting, not sure how long it may take for nomination. :(

Cool. Hope that they would process the nomination process faster than they did during our batch since it’s already online. Makes sense as well since they’ve aligned it with EE now to prevent backlogs I guess.

Well, just like the rest of us here you’ll have to wait too so I hope your application would be considered and be nominated soon :-). As long as you’re qualified and all the necessary documents were uploaded, you will be. Best of luck :-).

Hi,

This question is aimed at people with PPR on October 04 ( or AOR on April 01).
Anyone got their passports back after stamping?
