No status change. From the forum that seems normal. They only change status once they issue COPR. My local VO is Ottawa since I am a US applicant. So I will be sending our passport copies to Ottawa.

Ohk cool, all best for your future journey

Hi Bill,

Thank you for all your hard work, it helps so much!

I was wondering though (and forgive me if that question has been asked many times before), when you say "beyond July", do you mean AOR received by July or the package mailed by July? My application has been mailed in April, received AOR on June 30th. Wonder where it puts me on the possible timeline. Right now no updates on my case, they haven't even linked my medical results yet (I passed medicals upfront, as I'm an inland PNP applicant).

Thank you in advance and have a great day/evening :)

I mean those whose AOR are for July or beyond. The time it used to take for medical to pass has reduced for both inland and outland from 90 days to 30 days. However, Eligibility Test is still taking time to start and if this part if processed faster than you can get PPR in 4 months.

Good Luck.

Wow.... I read u r reply over there.... and like u r views.... Please predict my case too...sinp under oidc as i submitted file to cic in nov2016... got uci in jan17 and Medical in June... after that no progress...

You should contact CIC and take an update. It has exceeded the 180 Days limits and they need to get you the priority. Just call them and ask that you have exceeded the normal processing time while many people who applied after you received PPR. So, kindly process your application.

I hope this will help.

Am I correct that for US citizens, you only need to send a photocopy of the bio data of the passport? So no actual visa then just wait for the PR card?

Thanks!
