I don't want to believe it's issue with eligibility. We waited 13 months for nomination. What was that for?

This thing really confuses me. How does a pnp nominee would have a problem in eligibility. I say they are just putting it on the side and forgot about it.

As per Immigration tracker, two people from April 1 AOR (PNP Outland) got PPR yesterday(Oct 4).

Some more April reported PPR today (even a May 3rd got PPR today)

Seeing IP2 for April 23,24 AOR. Actually they have marked as PPR also on immigration tracker.
