Dear Friends - this morning I received another ADR from IRCC in mycic Account. The same letter as sent before on 1st August as ADR asking for the same time period for my spouse 1991 to 1992 in detail - this time Additionally however, there is a link to fill out Schedule A.

I am surprised as I had already sent Schedule A alongwith LOE in my original application because of Visa Refusal. Do they not check our documents properly??

Anyway - now I will submit it again - my question to you is that they have asked for details of 1991 to 1992 - but Schedule A asks for latest upto age 18 or last 10 years. So what should I fill?

Only from 1991 to 1992 or from 18 years upto date?

Also should I follow the format as mentioned in Schedule A i.e MM/YYYY or what the letter asks for i.e. day, month and year?

Kindly advise

Thank you
Hi Pakimon,

Sorry to hear about your experience. You said you already submitted your schedule A, I presume you must have given details of your wife;s whereabouts after 1992, that's why they are specifically asking for 1991 - 1992. And since they gave the link to Schedule A, fill up schedule A with the requested 1991 - 1992 detail, with the format of schedule A. And include a LOE just to make sure, and state again your wife's activity from 1991 -1992 with day, month and year. I would presume its not a very long activity, so it would not take up too much space on the LOE anyway. Make it simple, if she was unemployed or a house wife then that's that, or maybe she was working, then attach work experience cert.
hope it helps

Thank you ! Actually its for my husband - I am the Principal Applicant. He was working in a Bank in Qatar during the time. Anyhow- have followed exact format of the Schedule and attached both Schedule A as well as a Table which is an extract of 1991 and 1992 with details of each day, month and year along with supporting PP copies showing residency permit and Employment Certificates. I am also attaching the scan of the Qatar PCC which I had already uploaded..

Thank you once again!

Always can raise a CSE, but takes time. What is the matter?

My previous company's name got changed while I was working, which means, my joining letter in that company is on letter head with company name 'X', but after the name change, when I left the company I got relieving letter on new company name Y 's letter head, with old company name 'X' seal and address on it.

I feel its not an issue, but now feeling little doubtful.
