Because Medicals are cleared, No additional information is needed and your background check says "not applicable".
You'll know you will be in IP2 when background check wording changes to: "we are processing your background check"

It really depends on local visa office and some other individual parameters. What is your local visa office?

Is it like your file will be transferred to LVO at NA2?
