I want to write a mail to ndvo asking about status of my file. What is the best way to approach so that they reply back? Any idea? My file is lying with them for over two months now

yeah. Oct 17th it changed to NA2 and yesterday - 27th Nov, it changed to IP2. In my case, a monthly change in status has been consistent throughout the application process from the start.

Just got a cic in account mail asking me to submit copy of bio page of passport -no mention of eye colour etc.

How did you guys submit this? It simple states submit "to this office". Itndoesnt provide an address or email.

Did you guys phsyically send a copy of the bio page of your passport?

Fill a CSE, select ND VO and in the in the text box, you may say something like:

Good day,
I write to respectfully request the current status of my PR application no: Xxxxxx currently in its xxx day.
Thank you in advance for your kind timely response.

What are the rough timelines after Medical passed. From NA to IP1 to NA2 to IP2 to PPR.

Finally, PPR got approved from NDVO, after 11 days from submitting the passport to them.
