I applied on 16 July 2024.. Still AwaitingHi, is there anyone applied between end of Apil to beginning of May 2024? Just to check if IRCC start sending AOR. Please share your status. I applied for the PR on the third of May and no AOR until now.
I applied for my PR thru non express entry on 16 July with a old PCC. However, recently i filled the web form and updated the file with new PCC.Hello everyone, I submitted my PR application back in 31st December, 2023. Yesterday, I got an email from IRCC which states that they had returned my application due to a missing form. I filled it up and resubmitted again. So will I have to wait again like the first time to receive my AOR? I think they opened my application after 3 months of my initial application. So will have to wait for same amount of time to get any response? Anyone in the same boat?
You can fill up webform and submit it however wait for AOR. Right now they won’t be able to find your application as it is not in system yet .Hi @Miss bee, hope you are doing well!!
On June 25, 2024 my representative(immigration lawyer) applied for my non express entry application. During that time we have not received PCC on time. Therefore, she submitted PCC application's status screenshots. Now, me and my wife got PCC and recently we got our work permit extension, too.
Before we get AOR, should I fill-up webform for PCC or I should let my representative to fill up a webform? she has not done anything after we received PCC. Also, I am worried and not to see ADR request when I received my AOR.
Thanks in advance.
the first step is getting AOR where IRCC actively acknowledges that they have received your case (this is different from submitting it)- it can happen anytime from 2-6 months for that step. At that point you will get an application number which you can use to apply for BOWP. Processing time says 21 months but it seems that its closer to 13-15 months now.
It's been 11 months for me from applying to getting PR approved- and I'm now in the final stages which for most people is another few months.
Be aware that you will go months at a time with hearing nothing from IRCC, and that's normal.
they consider processing time starts from the date we submitted application or the date we receive AOR? when processing time starts for non express entry?
which non express stream you applied?the first step is getting AOR where IRCC actively acknowledges that they have received your case (this is different from submitting it)- it can happen anytime from 2-6 months for that step.
