pnp new delhi-do we get second AOR/MR/PPR at the same time? or one after the other
how long do they take after MR/PPR

I've been selected in Ontario PNP. I've received 2nd AOR from NDVO. MR has not come along with it.

AOR from NDVO came 40 days after I received my AOR from CIC, NS.

its been 100 days since i got my first AOR on november 22
i havent got my second AOR from new delhi
isnt it first come first serve
is it random?
