My friend went to india on holiday for 4 months and he got PPR there so he submitted his passport in india and did the landing while way back to canada

I am going for 3 weeks , I don't wanna submit it from India because its gonna take time to receive the passport & don't want to extent the stay either.
I think its 30 days, but not a 100%.
If you are staying longer you could change your address,but that will probably prolong the case

Actually, that extension number did not work for me. I would recommend to follow the instruction, that is better.
no. have you tried calling them and find out why? I've tried calling but never got connected.
I have been on vacation for two weeks and was checking my CIC account whilst I was away, but that still says "Submitted". Got back from vacation and checked my ECAS this morning and it says Decision Made. So could have been any time over the last 2 weeks. My CIC still says submitted which is strange.
