Check your GCKey. If the status states "Profile Updated", then it is ghost update.
My answer is not 100% sure, but my guessing of ghost update is finished the Security check and ready for final review in Ottawa if you are within Canada.

Just called cic...agent said everything is passed just waiting for final review or decision...so extra line with different date but same msg means background chk is finished.....thats what I came to know after calling cic for 7 times......

Well, mine is "in progress" in final decision section.
