I am pretty positive that you will receive DM this week. From what I observe for July applications, they process 1-week batch per week (July 17th - July 21st got DMs last week, July 10th - July 14th 2 weeks ago). So this week I think it's July 24th - July 28th batch.
This is on CIC, they are trying the new way of PPR on Montreal, and I think that’s the reason they haven’t issued any PPR recently, and the trial will end tomorrow.

Really hope they will apply this method to all provinces. It will save us so much time. It looks like the Canada Post strike will be going on for quite a while.
