Just don't quit your job untill landing if you have restrictions on your pnp
One question.
I have restriction on my PNP.
Because officer rejused my application for extend work permit (I applied the work permit as Open by mistake), I cannot work right now.
It should be fine, right? (Just keep staying in the company but no work)
Work if you still have time left on your work permit. Usually it only create problems if your employer reach out pnp office
Unfortunately, my work permit is expired. I already worked as implied status, but after officer refused my application, I cannot work now because my original work permit expired. Now sure what is going to be happen after.
But my manager told me it is not firing me, and I am still part of their company, so he will tell officer I am still in the company but just cannot work because officer refused my application for now.
