And they also said it is with-in processing time... COME ON, website shows 16 months and they say 21 months is less than 16 months.... WROOONG.
Am glad that at least one or two guys are doing their job correctly.

Meanwhile I applied to GCMS October 17, I will get an update around November 17 any ways....

When files were transferred to Ottawa, they mentioned in the AOR that your application is for Buffalo but being processed in CPP-O. CPP-O was just a temporary processing office as at then and Buffalo issues the PR visa. When Ottawa was turned into a visa office, they created a new shelf for all Ottawa applicant. Your file never went to Buffalo Office in US. Instead, it was on a Buffalo File Shelf at CPP-O. Each Buffalo file has to be moved from the Buffalo shelf @ CPP-o to the Ottawa shelf before it is processed. But honestly, my file never been to Buffalo, since day 1 it was in Ottawa. CIO received on Feb 17 and transfered to Ottawa on March 1st. I got my AOR from Ottawa.
Even GCMS shows OTtawa from day 1... So I don't believe my file has passed the border before
