@ Bahia... I downloaded the form. Pari123 posted a link here to download the form. I was sent an scanned image file by CPP-O. It wasn't of very good quality. To answer your question, yes you can take a print out, type in your Application number, Name, Surname, Height and Eye color. Remember eye color is never black!

I just received my PR card now. It is 83 days today after landing. PR card was mailed out 76 days after landing.

For others still waiting, I'll advise you give 2 weeks after your PR processing time.

I am just wondering to know did they extend your and your spouse's medical or they ask you to redo your medicals.
Actually my medical is expiring next month but my spouse is in India
So may be they will extend mine but my wife have to redo her medical.
