From the date in process in ECAS status, how long did it take for ppr to arrive and what is ur visa processing office?

Still ecas stuck at app received.
Waiting for fourth GCMS...

Oh, my case has been in process since Oct 2012!!!! On that date they asked for some additional docs. and then no news till April and then again asked for updated CV in June and then now. They even didn't respond to my emails.

Another Q: how long does it take for CIC to issue visa after passport receipt?
