They're not even answering my emails anymore. Waiting for gcms notes to try and figure out what the f.u.c.k is going one. Meanwhile decision made for over 5 weeks and counting. It sucks when all I hear is stories of people saying oh I send my Ecas screenshot and got ppr next day or bla bla bla. So tired of this.

Hi Amza!

Have you tried contacting your MP yet? We tried contacting ours last Friday, they responded first thing Monday morning and gave us some enlightenment. They sure would assist you to 'nudge' CIC as you are supposed to be hearing from them more than anyone from Feb-June 2012 people. You are a January applicant, you deserve to hear GOOD NEWS from them VERY VERY SOON!

Cheers! :)

(Ps. Refrain from reading Post June 2012 threads, it will surely suck the hope and joy out of you. It will only leave you a feeling of being rotten. Stick to your threads and never let hope and faith leave you. I'll be saying a prayer for you.)

Thank you very much for your words Ciao! I have contacted my MP a couple months ago, before I got Decision Made. Last thing they found out is that my background check was being done. So nothing to do but wait. Thank for your support! Hope you can hear good news soon too! God bless

Hi! Congrats! Just have a couple of questions... How about the visa stamping, when are they suppose to put the 'magic sticker' on your passport? ::) ::) I am really wondering if this could really be possible? Pls do update us as soon as you get to finish your landing. And yeah, would you mind posting your timeline? Thanks in advance mate! God bless! :)

Not sure what that magic sticker you refer to is, but I just gave them the COPR with the old visa, and after waiting for a few minutes they made us sign the COPR and it was all done. I don't think they did anything on the passport although I had to hand it in along with the document.

sorry to interrupt you, I think you are from visa exempt country. thats why you dont need to have "magic sticker" or visa from cpp-o. just the copr .
congratulations and all the best

Last week, it was 71 calendar days. 2 weeks ago, it was 69 days. I think the Train crash in Quebec & Flooding in Alberta caused the slow down. Many people are applying for their documents again.
This week, it's back on 69 days. I just wish it was like 3 months ago when it took only 39 days to get the PR card.
Anyways, it is well...
Did you receive your passport back now? When are you landing? I guess you are in Ontario...
