@ Rony84 - You're not in the same boat. You are supposed to be contacted between June 1 and Aug 31, since you're an April applicant. I understand quite a few March, April and May applicants were contacted by CIC already. But they are the lucky ones!

So our clock starts today. Let's enjoy the wait. We have almost 3 months before we will get worried. ;D

Hello Gns, No, It not a special form. I just created a table like schedule A personal history and add the activities and time, for me was easy I have been working in the same job since I applied. Work for me like that.. Good Luck!!!

I find one if you google it ( immigration personal history update form) you can get one. I did that way.

For personal history many of us just made table in word document and attached it to email, you dont need any special form

@ SFAWZY2000 - If I were you, I would send them an email just after May 31 deadline is over. Also, I think you can call some number to inquire. Are you in Canada? If so, then why not contact your local MP? Have you ordered GCMS notes before? If not, then it's about time now!

@ sfawzy2002 ... Although an order of GCMS notes will not speed of your process, it will answer a few important questions.
First, you will know when, if at all, your file was assigned a visa officer. This is important because, your file has been in process since 2010. Further, it will also show the status of your medical test results status. Finally, it may also indicate if the delay in processing due to security/background checks, if your notes show they have been initiated a long time back.
I went to Edmonton as a matter fact. I like the place. Hope we may meet there sometime. LOL

If someone told me it would be June 2013 and ill would still be waiting for my pr I would never believe it. I'm considering sending cpp a very direct email. I just want to know how long will I have to wait more. A year a month? I don't care if its ten years, I just want to know the truth and stop waisting my hope with a ppr that never comes. Fed up.

@ AMZA ... I would suggest you to wait until end of summer, i.e Sep 21. After that we all will ask. I'm saying this because CIC has given itself a tentative deadline. Let's give the benifits of doubt to CIC for the last time. What say?
