Took about 20 days. I sent an email on 4/24 telling them I had an upcoming trip and that it had been over 2 weeks that I've sent them my passport and that I wanted to know if I should reschedule my trip (vey kind email of course) and I received an email back the same day telling me my passport had been sent. So, I don't know if they sent it to me that day because of my email and it would have taken more than the 3 weeks if I had not or if it was just a coincidence.
