Hi prabz. For Eligibility to be passed, the officer has done an initial review. Please go to the last 3 pages of the GCMS under "NOTES". You will see the comment and recommendation of the officer in charge of your file.
Check what he says about 'criminality' and 'security'.

it just says criminality, RCMP screening - CPIC and India police cert - Passed; NRT

Request copies of valid ppt and RPRF and updated personal history : we got request on April 5th for all this but after that we didnt hear anything :(

Also information about me is hidden I guess because of privacy act :(

Hi prabz. Please, don't get frustrated. I see here that they requested for some documents on April 5th. When did you request for the GCMS notes? In the GCMS notes, check pages 14 to 19 under 'correspondence' you will see all the outgoing and incoming correspondence. The outgoing are the ones they sent to you (AOR, MR, Update history request, etc) while the incoming are the ones you sent to them (including GCMS notes request). Look under the incoming and see if you can find record of the documents you sent to them. If it is not there, it may mean that they did not update your information. This can also be cross checked under the NOTES section (last 2 pages). If not there, please send an email (POLITELY!!!) to CPP-Ottawa asking them to please confirm if they received the following documents as requested by them. State the date you sent the updated history, the police certificates, etc. Don't ask for your status update...it gets them worked up.
They will get back to you within 3 to 4 hours or at most tonight.

Hi;

Thanks. I applied exactly 30 days ago.
you have great information.
In front of security and HIRV is blank. nothing !
All others are passed.
Due date is 20/04/2013 which has already passed.
Any idea?
If due date is passed, it's either they are still doing security checks on you. Were you asked to supply additional documents? If yes, did the correspondence section of GCMS (page 14 to 19) reflect if they received the additional documents?

Yes long time back. Updated my personal history as well. I tried my best to trick CIC. But you really don't fool them, do you? :D

My Ecas status shows In Process now ... I am a april 2012 applicant..

I believe if you are in Canada, CIC officers dont put notes in your file. I believe process is different, I am saying because I always get a different reply of my emails, they always answer questions, usually I am very specific what information I am looking for, however, they are helpless in speeding up the process of PR. I guess they have to go through all the information required, they can't bypass the process.

Now I am kinda numb, I dont think I will be super excited if I get PPR today, it will be just one more thing.'. :'(

they have taken excitement away from the whole process. :( :(
