My Ecas status shows In Process now ... I am a april 2012 applicant..

My due date was 5 / 5 which is already passed, also due date for all the check were 16/5 they are passed too

Hi prabz. Don't be stressed. Since they acknowledged receiving your documents, it means they are still working on it. Just hold on! you're right there!

I had ordered my 2nd GCMS notes and got them today. As expected NOTHING started! Hopeless.

Hi Edmontonbound. Please be hopeful. It will soon be your turn. A lot of files are being processed...it also depends on the officer. Some are faster than the others. Some are more intrusive than the others.
Be hopeful...keep up the faith. As for the GCMS notes, you will be shocked how everything will be passed on the same day once officer looks at your file. One thing i've realised is that they don't update all the info they receive because of the work overload. it is when the officer looks at it, then he finds the information and updates it or recommends for the checks to be passed based on NRT.

I sent an email to CPP-O inquiring if they have receieved all of the docs (RPRF,PCC and fingerprints) I sent them. Officer replied the very next day; however did'nt provided any update on my application status.

My file went to in process on 15th may, 2013... I ordered gcms notes last month and got them today .. it said eligibility, security: not started, criminality: in process, nrt ... medical : passed ... but this is as on april 21, 2013... you should have got rprf request by now , a friend of mine who applied 15th april got rprf request 2 weeks back ... are u in canada applicant ?

Not Everyone, My application was received on Mar 05, 2012 but still waiting for PPR.

I guess as they said they will start issuing March 12 applicants PPR after May 31

Yes I am SINP nominee and staying in sk for 1.5 years now,,,,,I dont understand whats going on with my application,,,a friend of mine got PPR with RPRF,,he's may 3rd, 2012 applicant,,u think, i might also get in similar fashion,,anyways,,,atleast i expected my application to go IN PROCESS by this time,,,for lot of people,,,theirs application received on april 10 2012,,,Do u think i should shoot an email to CIC???

Do any body know how much time it takes to get PPR after IN PROCESS,,,emanager got within 8 days,,,,,for some,,its taking one month or even more,,,,totally complex procedure

Im a sinp nominee too .. been 2 yrs here ... for me when i sent them an email i didnt receive a reply but 3 days later it changed to in process ... you could try that ... its hard to predict how much time it takes after going to in process ... could be few days or few months ...

Hi raihan850. My passport was delivered to CPP-Ottawa on May 16. I'm waiting for the passport...It seems Ottawa is now fast in issuing PR visa as fast as 8 days.
