That's totally unfair!!!
Is there any chance to sue CIC for their lies? They have mentioned that they process file on a first in first out basis which is clearly not the case.

Feb 2013... But the PC were dated March 2013 ... I was keeping them waiting to be request.. Last year CIC instructions were that they suppose to do it in my behalf... But then they close my country consulate..so I decide to sent them before expired..In my GCMS notes (received in March) in january 2013 the officer wrote a note that they need to ask for the PC...And I sent them without request in february..so I don't know if they check ... Or just requested for the note in my file last january.. Who knows...

I guess you mean March 2012.

Anyway, it seems that they are really slow, officer put a not on your file in January and you have been informed after 3 months !!
Also, it is funny that the person who sent you that request did not even look at your file to see that PCC was there or not. I believe that they have access to teh same database that GCM notes came from.
All this process is just ridiculous.

Hey yanesrahn,
I had a similar situation. I sent them PCC from my home along with PR application (feb 2012). But they requested for PCC again along with RPRF and personal history (last month). I replied to them(with RPRF and personal history) saying I already submitted PCC (mentioned the date), also sent the copy of it for reference.
After 10 days they asked me for RCMP fingerprints, they dint mention anything about PCC in that email. I think they are just sending generic emails when its time for RPRF (which includes personal history and PCC).

Thanks... Just knowing that we are a little bit more close is good... Yesterday we paid RPRF, sent personal history since 2012.. And we asked about the PC.. In the mid-time.. we started processing our home country PCs... Let's see...
@Fafool.. you are in this forum from the beginning like me.. We have seen so many PRs... let's keep hope to receive PR one day.. I know is unfair.. frustrating.. But I am sure is deserved.
@Rony84.. Thanks..
