Screw it. If I start renewing my visa and permit another 400-500$ is gone for no reason. OMG I already paid for this thing almost 4000$ I can't even think about people who also pays to a lawyer.

but you should see the other side.... how about the independence of working with any employer and any kind of field job..... it would take off at least some portion of the burden us people are having on our minds.... if not PPR then at-least I need an open work permit..

The fact that we will hear something from them before that(Before August) Doesnt mean getting PPR.They'll just probably request to update personal history and drag it for another year.While others are getting PPRs in 5 months

I have a question guys, April 11th I received my first letter from Sydney with the file number indicating that my application is complete and it's being sent to the visa office, but my status on the online application is application received without mentioning that it's complete and sent to the visa office ... Is it normal ? and when does the online status change ?
