I ordered GCMS Notes on Nov 13 and received the same on 10th Dec. Below is the current status of my application

Assessments:

Eligibility: Not Started
Security Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality : In progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misinterpretation:
Other Req:
Final

Due date stated for my application is Apr 26, 2012

Can someone please let me know, what do they mean by Eligibility. From my understanding the province already checked our eligibility at the time when they gave nomination.

When you look into your GCMS. Pay attention only following items, and ignore others:
1. any wrong facts, name spelling, address, birth date, .... etc. These are fundamental information and you do not want them mess up.
2. look an information in the notes they made on your file. Notes section normally located at the bottom of GCMS. They documented who touched your file, when, and comments they left.
3. Check medical if received or not. In my case, medical never received in ECAS, but clearly showing received in GCMS. Do not ay attention on other items such as eligibility whatever.

You are on the track, should get PPR quick and soon.

Is your due date in the GCMS notes April 26, 2012 or April 26, 2013? I think you should be roughly 1 year after your AOR/MR. Can you please confirm?

Congrats Tidebreaker.....I got question...I have heard its illegal to send Passport outside of India by Mail or Courier...

Thank u. I heard the same thing. But I also heard from another post on this forum.
That DHL excepts passports to deliver outside India. My father showed the passports to DHL guys, before sending the package.
I received the passports last week and package was opened by Canada border agency.
Good luck and godspeed.

happy holidays guys!

I finally requested for my Immigration file today.

It's taking so long and I'm not sure why. One-person application, been in Canada for more than 7 years, etc

Oh well.

Good luck everyone.

Cheers.
