Maybe.. I really don't know what is the priority, some weeks 2011, some weeks Quebec applicants.. Or 1 or 2 PR a weeks in the forum.. Holidays are coming so the process is going to slow down more....

2010-2011 Buffalo Applicants are getting PPRs nowdays....if they put your case with them, you will PPR vry soon....

thanks for your support pokar.. true it hasnt been a year .. its been 11 months .. but my visa office is New Delhi and not Ottawa .. the timeline for New Delhi is only 10 months .. which is what bothers me .. anyways .. thanks a lot for ur kind words.. n keeping my fingers crossed.. cheers

I would request someone to guide me here!

I had sent my application through courier to the CIO on 10th December 2012 (Still in Transit), but realized today that the application lacked some supporting documents which are a must for processing my application. I am afraid the application might be returned back because of the missing info.

Should i send another courier with the supporting documents(missing) to NS now? or wait for CIO's response, asking those documents?

Please advice what should be done as i wish to avoid any delay in processing.

Hello there, I think you have to wait. If the documents are necessary they are going to ask for or returned the application to you.. Because if you don't have the file number, your documents could be lost...
This is a simple opinion.. Good luck

Not sure that hve you applied from with in Canaa or not? If yes just call 1 888 242 2100 inform the agent that u r missing some docs,
writ a cover letter explaining top VO that u lacked these docs in your previous app package and send the supporting docs only.
If you can get hold of an agent on the number listed above, you might not need to re -fill app packagae

I agree with yanesrahn. If you send the document now which you missed, CIO doesn't have any track of your application as you don't have AOR yet. So, no doubt it doesn't work. The only thing is, you have to wait unttil CIO asks you to submit that missing document.

Thank you yanesrahn, duiusa, samlogani and sarayu for your advice here!

It took me a day to believe that i actually missed adding those documents to the package. Those documents support vital info on the application so i am prepared that the application could be returned.

I have also written to the CIO (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca) and my local VO (re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca) i.e New Delhi, India stating the query but i don't think so they would reply on such adhoc queries. If they do, shall discuss about bridging the gap.

So i understand will have to wait for the return of package/ for any request from CIO for additional docs.

Will keep the forum posted on the developments.
