congratulations for your PPR :) i am sorry but i have to disagree with you :) the reason you get might be becz you did your studies in Quebec... i work in IT too, and i have my application filed early jan this year..in mid of april i had to change job by applying LMO and new permit...inspite of haing CSQ...later in june they changed rule saying with CSQ you are exempt from LMO.. With 7 years of IT exp and 3yers in montreal... you might be right in this way...IT employee without a job offer may be? or becz you gradeuated from quebec you get the prioirty...possible... and btw if you are looking for IT job do let me know :)

yeah i think so , but generally the IT field is on demand in Quebec .

I don't think your file had priority processing. Many other people with PNP or QSW applications who applied in January received PPR in September and October

Hi Brebu
I dont have any job offer.I just applied through regular skilled worker
I think my case is little bit different and I dont know how they will treat our case. I have been living in montreal since 2010 Jan as an international student. I am doing PhD in Electrical Eng here.
I have applied for CSQ in Feb 2011 and got married in June 2011 . Both me and my husband got CSQ in 2011 Oct. My husband is working in my home country.

My graduation date is 2014 Aug. I dont know what kind of treatment my file will get. Will they hang our PPR till my graduation or the new spousal rule will be applicable on our case.

@Prasamp and others what do you think?

thanks and good luck
