congrats ...

but isnt that funny of ottawa....they should be "pilot" and "pilot" means that it makes the process faster and easier....i have been waiting about 7 months since medical

It's quite frustrating.

But "pilot" means trial. Test ground for a program to be established later on.

we are 5 friends who applied around the same time...one of us your applied on jan 25 got his PPR on august 23 ... and i dont know what to say but it is impossible that alot of people having issue with security or criminal check because i have seen couple of people who had to wait 14 months after the medical to get their PPR ... we can say that just waiting for our que because the office is too busy :D

just got an email from ottawa, in response to the email i sent after 120 days of medical.

It is mentioned that "The standard processing time for your immigration category is 15 months."

OMG.... :o ::) >:( :(

Yes. The background check issue does not explain why is taking so long for January and before applicants. In my case Im single, young and only lived in my home country and Canada. I even sent them my RCMP clearance from Canada without them even asking just to speed things Up and now even June people are getting ppr? What the hell?
