This guy said, he did not what ECAS is, and he never log on to ECAS, and he got PPR!!! Here is his quota in chinese"在我们这，从来就没有过， ECASE这种东西，所以从来就没上网查过。" OMG!!!

Now I am confused with the photo requirement. It says in the email, quota "You must submit two (2) recent passport-sized photographs of yourself and of each accompanying family member that meet the requirements stated on this webpage". So here it says passport-sized photo. But in the link it provide, it says, quota "Permanent Resident Card photos are not the same as passport photos."

Does anyone know if it is passport-sized photo or permanent resident card photos? Many thanks.
