Hi leo

They never reply man....i sent them 2 e-mails within may n june, Never got any reply. just 1 reply i have got in march at that time they said that ur file is awaiting review by visa officer, as soon as it will be completed we will contact you. Only god knows or better say NDVO guys knows when they are gonna finish it up. Hun ta ardaas kar ke vi thak gaye. Nyways m gonna fight till the end... let them test us as long as they want.... m sure in the end m gonna win. they have to give me that damn stickers. >:( >:(

so sad news for me...my sister in law fight with my brother and she warning me that she will withdraw my case.... :( :( :( but my sponsor is my brother....lets c what will happen with me now

Don't feel so bad Ruby. I don't think she can cause any trouble regarding your visa application. You are being assessed based on your own merits. Nobody can just simply mess with that. Unless she works at the visa office handling your application. (just kidding)

Cheer up!

Ruby, it'll be fine. You're almost at the finish line... Hang in there.

Does anyone know, when we receive PPR from the Detroit VO, how many days they give us for us to submit our passport? Some say 60, others 30.

@PARASAMP & A52411940

Are you guys in Canada already? Also, are you guys single?

******** URGENT !! ********

I need advice/help! Urgent!! I am in Canada at the moment. And recieved request for RPRF (from NDVO). So I went to the local bank here and asked them to make a Demand Draft as per the instruction enclosed. In favour of "Canadian High Commission". I also told them that it should be payable at new delhi. So they asked me whether the name "- New Delhi" should be there on the DD?

I told them that I don't know. SO they ended up making a DD with only the name "Canadian High Commission" on it of CAD490. Which I couriered from Canada to Delhi.

Now I realised that could it possibly create any problem? How can one ensure that the DD is payable at New Delhi?? If the draft is not accepted, would my application be returned??

Would be helpful to have some advice on this.

Thanks.

I don't think it should be a problem at all. The draft will be encashed by government agency. Banks will be concerned if the name doesn't accurately match to an individual payee. You should be just fine. Don't worry about it too much.
CONGRATULATIONS on your PPR!

U r good to go mate... Payable at new delhi means it can be send in clearing at any bank branch in new delhi. But the name should be same as Canadian high Commission. So relax. however u might have made it thru sm1 in India, as the DD made in India might have took less time in Clearing. Anyways Good Luck.
