My medicl recived status was updated next day from ersukhvir but there is no decision made staus on my ecas as u all. Even our medicals r on same day and v got mr ppr from hkvo same day..??? Wats happeng.???

dude,

Only you can answer such question. Also it depends on when you want to come to Canada. From the look of things your passport should be with you soon. So if you have house to sell, cars, etc you might want to start with that. Usually if I were you I would not want to raise unnecessary dust until I have my visa in my hands employers can be funny.
