Pari123,

You have not updated the date your application was received. I am not sure if you know your money has been cashed yet. If NOT, you may think it is time for your to call CIO to check the status. Call this number 613-944-4000, choose "immigration" option, then choose talking to agent option. You at least have following information if you call them: 1) application fee cashed or not, 2) where is your application, 3) your EP XXXX XXXX number (NOT UIC), and you can use EP number to check your status online.

Some time you need to do your part rather than just do nothing.

Thanks I called them and they said its in Ottawa so they dont have the access so just gave me fax number.

I think CIC is processing the fees in less than 21 days from Mid February onwards. Also, if the application is from USA, it is even faster. About 2 weeks or so. My application was returned and I received it in 24 days. So, I think you should get it encased by end of April at the most. I can imagine the anxiety you are going through. Been there myself! Good luck.

Hey people,

I can imagine what you guys (manubobby et al) went through when waiting for AOR from CIO. My CC has not even been deducted after 16 days. How long should one wait and is there any no (if necessary) to call to reach them. I am not calling them just asking.

Thanks

Goosh the anxiety is nerve recking,

why did they returned your application? sorry if i may ask.

Hey everyone,
I tried to analyze this CIO track sheet as much as I could, and I came up with a guess. It might seem pretty obvious to some of you, and some of you guys might have mentioned it before, but I'll just share them anyways. Hmm, so I just looked at the Buffalo/ Ottawa offices, as my visa office is Buffalo. What it looks like is that there there are a couple people who get their AOR's in around the same day period, I mean, there are couple people who get theirs for 2-3 days, and them no one gets anything for a while. Like for the month of April it looks like nobody - at least those on the track sheet - got their AOR's, except in days between 20th-25th. And it looks like most of the people who submitted their doc on Feb got theirs, except those with the AINP. It looks like to me that these CIC people work on a certain visa office under certain province just for a while, and then jump to others, etc... So maybe they work on documents from Philippines who applied under AINP for 2-3 days, then work for the same country but BCPNP for another 2-3 days, then jump to Buffalo and work on their OPNP for 2-3 days...

I'm not very sure if this is a right guess but at least to me it kind of explains why the sequences seem to be in a disorder. What do you guys think?

I highly doubt that cause its for applicants who will apply post july 1,2012.

the authorities here in sask are confused about the language test... me and my buddies are here in sask to get nominated through student category . so one of my fren was asked to submit language test proof while applying for sinp and some of were not..

They didn't accept my birth certificate issued by the Indian Embassy. To make things really interesting, they accepted the same of my friend (he isn't on the list here). In fact, they encashed his fees exactly in 7 days.

CVD222, Manuboby asked you to update your information on our track list. Just a reminder.

Now, I did not see the receipt, at least no words about they received my $14000 (2 adult, 2 children), in my AOR. Did you see anything they mentioned your money was received?

you paid $14000 ?? why ?? and towards what ??
