I did the medical exam today 05-March-2012. I would appreciate if you could update the list.

Great! Which city do you live in? I couldnt get an apponitment before the 15th. All doctors in this province are out on spring break

I am in Winnipeg. Here, we have two doctors. one of them has a cancellation and I could do it quickly. But, do not be worried. The process started and it has no differences to submit your medical exam report one or tow weeks sooner or later.

1) I am still waiting for the AOR/MED. My calculation based on our current TS shows the average waiting time to receive AOR/MED after check cashed is 15 days (tossing the longest and shorted cases, and average the left over).
2) Could you tell me what the address the medical exam report your doctors should send to, Ottawa or Buffalo, as indicated in your AOR? I think it is Ottawa, but not sure. Thanks.

for anyone whose file is in Visa office...the status to be followed is outside Canada...

the one which shows Inside canada is sponsorship class and the one FSW, NS is mainly for CEC and Federal skilled worker class they go through the extra step of eligibility review etc...

all provincial nominees goes outside canada for processing..

i might be wrong....

well..certainly it is supposed to b under outside canada....but my status shows first step in floow chart mentioned in (Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia) ,which is APPLICATION RECEIVED ...i applied in jan under mpnp to nova scotia...but its not federal skilled worker category...

Dear bkd1969;

I think for VO=Buffalo applicants, it may take 6 weeks (+few days) to receive the AOR and MR. This is because of the file transfer to Ottawa.
They both will come be email.
Also, doctors are supposed to send the medical report to Ottawa. There is a department of heath in Ottawa for checking the reports.
I think Buffalo is just responsible for the issue of PR visa.

hi my status showing we received your file for permanent residence on 9 feb 2012...is it mean file is rec by VO or CIO??

My package under AINP-VO -Delhi-reached at CIO on Feb 27, I checked with my bank and draft has not been casehed yet.

I have representative in alberta who sent my application. but I gave my email address.

Would AOR etc.will come to me or my rep?

Since December 2011, Federal application for skilled workers must be submitted to Nova Scotia...check the CIC website.

And they transfer my file to Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa.
I do not know its gud or bad.
