hi there...i received AOR from NS under mpnp...and my status shows application received ...there are three option which shows prcoessing chart...which one is for pnp

for anyone whose file is in Visa office...the status to be followed is outside Canada...

the one which shows Inside canada is sponsorship class and the one FSW, NS is mainly for CEC and Federal skilled worker class they go through the extra step of eligibility review etc...

all provincial nominees goes outside canada for processing..

i might be wrong....

you already submitted your police certificates related to NZ and Australia(?). If that so, is not enough? they still need to call somebody there and recheck your backgoround?

yep, the VO will do background checks themselves as well. The ones we send in ourselves just show that we don't have a criminal record (haven't been arrested,etc..) but the VO office must do checks regarding espionage, terrorism,etc...

Yes i resend my file.CIO received on 6 Feb.
Also on 21 Feb i got a mail from CIO too.

Although, we cannot confirm from the submitted documentation if there was any other deficiency with your submission, I have spoke with the Supervisor in charge, and they agree to accept your submission based on the erroneous return.

Please forward your submission back to our office as soon as possible attention to......... once received it will be reviewed. If your submission is sent via courier, please provide the tracking # to our office, via this email, and we will watch for your re-submission.

Do we need to fill the IMM 5604 form regarding Declaration from non-accompanying parent/Guardian for minors immigrating to canada. I have to send my document to CIO, NS and am a bit confuse with this form.
