bkd1969 are you on the list?

my understanding is that, if you provide email address at your application form, the chance is higher that CIO will send you by email for AOR,MR, PPR.

Thank you!

Canman I really hope you are right and my fingers are crossed , thank you for your support.

Have you talked to your bankers to see if the application fee has been charged?

All PNP- Buffalo applicants

this piece of information is good to know

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob305.asp

Phase 2 – Full Processing of Cases
Period: September 2011 – April 2012
Step Action
1 CBSA forwards the paper file to CPP-O.
2 CPP-O creates the GCMS file and initiates mandatory checks (security checks only).
3.a For files with relatively low admissibility risks, CPP-O will process cases to final decision. Permanent Resident Visas and Confirmations of Permanent Residence will be printed at the visa office. CPP-O will retain the file.
3.b For files with complex admissibility risks, the files will be sent to the visa office for processing. CPP-O will not communicate with the client or the sponsor to avoid confusion for the client.

CPP-O will send a copy of the IAD decision to the relevant visa office for those cases which CPP-O will process to final decision

if your file is not complicated (in the sense if your background checks are easy to do with lesser countries involved) then expect your PR Card in less than 5months of your application... good luck everyone..

ignore... guess the happiness is short lived.. that process was for sponsors :(

Hello
Please add me to spreadsheet.

I have also applied to novascotia.
I am working in Alberta and got AINP. I have permanenet Job Offer.
I sent my application to novascotia on 23rd December 2011
The fees was encashed from my credit card on 2nd February 2012
I have not heard from CIO. No AOR yet.

I December 2011, when I applied for PR via PNP-- they wanted many more docs like references for past 10 years etc. I have provided most of them but then in January 2012 when I looked at same checklist--CIC has taken that option away from the list and they do not need those docs. I am not sure if this will affect my application. My Application file became very thick doe to all these additional docs.

Anyone had similar experience. :)

yes, I used the same old checklist...as long as your docs are complete as per their checklist, then nothing worry! you will have your AOR soon!
btw, I have already added you on the TS :) and I assume your VO is Buffalo...pls correct me if this is incorrect :)
